Join Cindi on Sunday, April 28th to fully reset your whole body and nervous system. Using somatic-informed yoga to release tension in the body, especially in the pelvis, spine and jaw, we can access deeper levels of physical relaxation. That’s perfect prep for a deeply restful yoga nidra (non sleep deep rest) session, with special emphasis on relieving fatigue and physical tension.
